The Northern California Industry Liaison Group (NCILG) is comprised of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Affirmative Action (AA) company representatives (federal government contractors), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (Department of Labor's OFCCP) staff, consultants, attorneys, and representatives of organizations charged with the attainment of EEO/AA goals.
